i have paid after store manager confirmed with warehouse about product availability and took payment in full .been promised it would be ready collect after 4 days as i have arranged to pick up orders been told itmes not been deliverd to sore at that point it cost me as i had to pay for pick up guys .been told it would be available next day again i ahd not been contacted by any person so i called in to check been told its not in stock . it cost me as i had to pay tilers day and pick up van money. store manager i placed orderd with simply told me its not in stock anymore and no explaination given about warehouse he called when i placed this orderd . too keen to grab money of me.

Disappointing.Placed an order online for some tiles and grout to be collected from the Southampton store. All seemed to be going well when the store phoned the next day to confirm and said the order was in stock in the warehouse so it would just take a few days to arrive and they would call me when it came in. Great! A few days later, however, I had heard nothing so I called to see what was happening - "oh, sorry. I'm not sure what's happened. We'll check and call you back". Heard nothing. So I called them back again a couple of days later. "Sorry. The order still hasn't come in. We'll chase it and call you back." This went on for 3 weeks with me chasing and them saying they would follow it up then not calling me back! I eventually gave up and called the main customer service number to ask them to step in. Initially they were reluctant saying that it was up to the store to sort out, but thankfully they eventually agreed to contact the store themselves, then called me back (hallelujah!) to say they had taken the order over and it would be sent to me directly. A few days later, completely unannounced, a truck arrived at my house with the tiles at a time when I was out at work! Luckily my partner was home. The tiles are lovely and I was very appreciative of the NHS discount that was offered so they were a good price, but after this experience I wouldn't rush to use Tile Giant again.

The customer service we have had from Tile Giant in Burslem has been excellent. They are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have had all our bathroom, en-suite and cloak room tiles from them in the last couple of years and have now ordered some kitchen floor tiles from them. Once the store is fully re-opened we will be back for some kitchen wall tiles.

Tiles ordered over 2 weeks ago- still not received. Customer service not helpful at all.Disgusting service.AVOID

Received excellent service from Decan at the Norwich branch on Saturday. He couldn't have been more patient and helpful as well as knowledgeable. First class!

Needed floor and wall tiles for kitchen and utility room and underfloor heating for underneath the tiles. Went to several competitors and obtained written quotes. Tile Giant Leeds, Daniel and James went the extra mile with helpful tips, efficiency savings, advice on correct adhesives, grout, underfloor specifications and essential knowledge. Brilliant guys. Fantastic deal. Superb organizational logistics, ordering and arranging delivery and were on hand with support and further advise when more products were wanted. I now have a beautiful new kitchen and utility room nearly completed. The guys at Tile Giant took away a lot of hassle and assisted me really well. Good humored, efficient lads through and through. had excellent service, kept imformed as to when tiles were due in and when I collected them from shop the tiles were loaded into car for me. Thanks very much Jai and Lee for all your help.

Cameron in the Southampton store was out first contact and he was extremely helpful as we had experienced a wait. Tiles were ordered and delivered promptly unfortunately the warehouse had managed to pick and pack incorrectly so our delivery was incorrect. Rang Southampton who got on the case and we suggested we collect from the store this time however warehouse then sent our tiles to Stockport!! However Cameron wasn't put off and managed to get our correct tiles in to store. The staff were then really helpful guiding us with grout colours and silicone.Thankyou to all the helpful staff in the Southampton store

Lee was so helpful and took time to show us different designs. He was also very knowledgeable about what we would need, what grout to use etc etc. Would definitely use again. Great service and great value for money.

Love the split face mosaic tile! Really set our bathrooms apart with an elegant touch to the borders. Great customer service too. Over bought on supplies but as promised, they happily refunded us.

The staff at the Southport store achieved SUPERSTAR status dealing with my recent order, from help choosing, quantity, order and collection!! Well done to Mark and all the other staff at Southport ?
